Killian Insurance Agency is the public-facing name of Killian Insurance Agency LLC.

Website and coverage-review requests

This website provides information about Killian Insurance Agency and lets you request a conversation or coverage review. Submitting a form, calling, or exchanging texts does not bind, amend, cancel, or guarantee insurance coverage. Coverage is subject to the issued policy, its terms and exclusions, underwriting approval, and effective dates. Please contact the agency directly for coverage changes or urgent matters.

Killian Insurance Agency Customer Care SMS

By separately opting in, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Killian Insurance Agency about your inquiries, coverage-review requests, related appointment scheduling, and responses to missed calls. Messages are limited to the request or conversation for which you provided consent. This program does not send promotional campaigns.

You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our coverage-review form. The box is not preselected. You may submit the form without consenting to SMS and receive follow-up by email or telephone instead. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

A missed phone call alone does not enroll you in SMS. Missed-call text replies require previously recorded SMS consent or an explicit SMS opt-in obtained through an approved consent process. If you text us first, we may reply about that inquiry; this does not enroll you in unrelated recurring messages.

SMS program eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Killian Insurance Agency Customer Care SMS program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; after that, we will not send further SMS unless you provide a new valid opt-in. To rejoin, use the website consent form again or contact us to arrange a new opt-in. An opt-out is not canceled by simply calling us or submitting an inquiry without SMS consent.

Privacy and responsible use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and SMS consent. Use a phone number you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if your number changes. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, policy, or claim documents by text or through this inquiry form. Messaging is not an emergency service.

Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit information on someone else’s behalf without authorization. Third-party services and websites may have their own terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the current effective date. Changes do not expand SMS permission beyond the purposes to which you agreed.
